Location

Situated in the New Zagreb, accross the river Sava, only 6 bus stops from the city centre and 4 bus stops from the Zagreb Fair. The area (Travno) offers numerous sport, recreational and shopping activities. The residential building is a little town in itself – it houses a bank, ATM, post-office, hairdresser's, dentist, bakeries, butcher's, chemist's, grocery store, tobbaco shop, pizzeria, exchange office and numerous shops and cafés. Swimming pool, gym and Wellness centre Tempio are only a few minutes walk from the apartment (swimming pool working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m., Saturday from 1 till 5 p.m., Sunday from 3 till 8 p.m.; entrance fee: 20 HRK, on weekends 25 HRK)
There's lots of greenery around the building – parks and promenades and a big shopping centre accross the road. If you like cooking, take a walk or ride a bike (bike rental included in the price) to the nearby fresh food market (only a 5 minute walk). Here you will find a beautiful range of fresh vegetables, flowers, fruits, meats, pastries, sea food and fresh water fish as well as some Croatian specialties. It's also a great place to meet and observe Croatian folk – just sit in one of the cosy little cafés or snack bars surrounding the market, order a delicious Croatian cappucino or a portion of ćevapčići («Sport» or «Rubelj» is a place to go) and enjoy the hustle.

The Apartment

This cosy apartment is perfect for a single person, a couple or a group of friends or a family (up to four). It is on the fourth floor (three lifts available), facing west and overlooking the New Zagreb greenery, swimming pool and the Mount Medvednica from the balcony. It consists of a huge lounge room (with a study corner), kitchen with a dining area, 1 bedroom, bathroom (bath tub, toilette), pantry and balcony. Huge windows throughout the apartment provide it with lots of light. There are no other buildings on this side so the view is completely open towards the west. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, washing machine, hair dryer, cable TV, CD player, internet connection, telephone and air-conditioning. There is a pullout sofa in the living room for additional person or a couple. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker (and oven), dishwasher and toaster. Complimentary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc. Laundry facilities include washing machine, clothes detergent, drying line, iron and ironing board.
