If you are a beer fan, you will find this place of great attraction, being so close to the biggest Zagreb brewery with over a century old tradition in making beer. Here the most famous Croatian beer called Ožujsko is being produced. There’s also a restaurant close to the brewery (Zagrebačka pivovara, Ilica 222) where you can enjoy the beer as well as some Croatian culinary specialties that go well with the pint. Not only the beer-lovers would love this place. It is surrounded with shops, the hairdresser’s is just downstairs, the bakery and a café with a nice terrace are just around the corner as well as the bank, kiosk, Theatre Exit with contemporary plays on repertoire. The international School of Management is also on the same street. The apartment is very peaceful and bright with lots of flowers around – in the pictures, vases and pots. It certainly deserves to be named SPRING.

The apartment Spring is situated on Mandalicina street, a minute walk from the tram stop on Ilica, the most famous Zagreb street which connects the City Centre with the western suburbs.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and overlooks both the street side (very quiet and never too busy) and a peaceful courtyard on the other (bedroom and dining area). From the tram stop which is only a minute walk from the apartment, there's 5 tram stops to the Central Square of Ban Jelačić – the tram will take you there in ten minutes.

The apartment is surrounded by shops (grocery shops, wine shop, bakery, flower shop), a hairdresser's in the same building, cafes and restaurants and five minutes by tram from the Britanac fresh food market. Most major Zagreb sights are within 10 minutes tram ride.

The Apartment
This cheerful-looking apartment consists of a nice lounge room (two pull-out sofas for 2 additional people) with a study corner (DSL internet fast connection), brand-new kitchen with dining area and a charming little balcony attached, bedroom with double bed (140 cm), bathroom and toilet. The apartment has just been completely renovated and refurnished. It is equipped with a single bed and two pull-out sofas in the lounge room that can fit two additional guests, wardrobe, washing machine, drying line, hair dryer, max TV with 50 international channels, DVD/CD player, DSL internet connection and telephone. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, toaster, water kettle etc. Complimentary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil etc are always in the apartment upon your arrival. Laundry facilities include washing machine, clothes detergent, drying line, iron and ironing board.

Parking: parking in the street is free of charge.
