Once you take the lift down, you are on a pedestrian Bogoviceva street, next to the main Square! Could it be more ideal than this?
When it comes to location, this is something unique! The apartment Gold is the most centrally located apartment in our offer and probably the most centrally located short term apartment in the city. It is situated on Bogoviceva street, in the passage next to the Central Square, by the business high-riser, one of the landmarks of the city. Although situated in the very centre of the city, the apartment itself is very peaceful and quiet, spacious and very bright. Once you take a lift down, you are on Bogoviceva street, swarming with cafes, pubs and bookstores, leading to the popular “Flower square”. Bogoviceva is also known as the street of the jet-set, where everyone who's important in the city strolls on the weekends in order to be seen. Zagreb's food mecca Dolac is just across the Main Square – this farmer's market offers fresh produce, fruit and veggies, meat, fish, cheese, nuts and herbs on two levels. Ban Jelacic Square, which is just around the corner, is a true centre of the city. This Austro-Hungarian styled square is a central hub for Zagreb's tram system and an excellent starting point for every visitor. Stretching north from the Central Square is a popular Tkalciceva street swarming with cafes in almost every house. The people of Zagreb always find time to enjoy their coffee so the street is always crowded, making it one of the centres of modern urban life. Since the location of the apartment is so precious, we decided to call it Gold!
This newly furnished one-bedroom apartment is situated in the 6-floor building with just a few apartments. It overlooks the peaceful courtyard side. The apartment is very bright as it has huge, new windows which allow a lot of light to come in.
We named the apartment Gold not only due to its precious location, but also for the colours used in the apartment. The central wall in the lounge room is painted in golden-yellow colour and the details on Gustav Klimt's painting as well as the frame are also golden. The modern and lively curtains also match the wall and the furniture is in yellow-pastel colours.
The apartment consists of a spacious and sunny lounge room with study corner (wireless internet connection), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) with nice and modern dining area for four, toilet, bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower).
The apartment Gold is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, satellite TV with 40 channels, DVD/CD player, wireless internet and DSL internet connection and telephone. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat in, with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, water kettle and a dishwasher. Complimentary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil etc are always in the apartment upon your arrival. Laundry facilities include washing machine, clothes detergent, drying line, iron and ironing board.
